Colchicum luteum
The only known yellow Colchicum that blooms from February. The origin of this oddity is Kashmir and from Baluchstan to Afghanistan to southwest China. In areas with a humid spring and a dry, warm summer and fall. The three to four buttercup yellow flowers are often covered by a brown-purple flower tube. The leaf appears almost simultaneously with the flowers.
